1、Check the inlet surface of the medium-effect bag filter on a regular basis for any debris clogging and any damage to the surface of the filter media;

2、If there are items blocking the surface, it should be removed;

3. If the surface of the filter material is severely damaged, replace the filter material with a new one or replace the filter with a new one for reinstallation;

4, when the medium-effect bag filter is installed, make sure that the sealing is good at the crimp with the frame to prevent air leakage;

5、No heavy objects should be used to hit the surface of the filter, and no force should be used to pull the surface of the filter media;

6, when installing, the length direction of the filter bag mouth should be perpendicular to the ground to ensure the filtering effect of the air supply and increase the service life.
