Knife-edge HEPA filters use specially designed hot melt adhesive to separate the HEPA filter paper to ensure the same and reasonable spacing between the filter papers, which can make full use of the filter paper to achieve uniform air velocity and low resistance.

All components are made of very low chemical volatility materials to meet the requirements of conventional cleanrooms and air filtration equipment.

The frame is made of aluminium extruded profiles, and the side knife edge design can be used as FFU baffle. The waterproof and flame retardant glass fibre cartridge is sealed with hot melt adhesive spaced by phosphorus-free polyurethane adhesive, and supplemented with surface protection mesh, gaskets and other components. Compact, small and lightweight, easy to install and replace.
